At the heart of every Fraton machine is the Intelligent Sawing System, in which cutting parameters are determined by the machine rather than the operator.
The system comes preloaded with 13,000 material types categorized under 6 different standards. The machine automatically sets all cutting parameters according to material grade, heat-treatment condition, material size, blade type and tooth count.

Technologies That Define Cutting Quality
Vibration Suppression
The vibration and oscillation of the circular saw blade are suppressed, reducing waviness on the cut surface.
Mineral Casting Body
On the FRTN-FL230, the mineral-casting-reinforced body damps vibration during cutting, delivering a flawless cut.
Linear-Guided Feed
Linear guides and screw spindles are used in the saw cutting-feed and material-feeding systems.
High-Torque Motors
The main motors prevent torque loss at low or high frequencies, ensuring stable cutting.
Servo Axes
Planetary-geared and direct-drive servo motors operate on the saw feed and material feeding axes.
Efficient Cooling
Blade cooling with mist (air-oil mixture) and cold air extends blade life.
